BUY APPL, SELL MSFT

If you scan this picture in details, you will find that 96% (216) of the folks are using the MAC, 3.6% (7) are using Pen and paper and 0.4% or just 1 person is using Acer (presumably on Windows)
I have been a PC/Windows user since when I was a kid. I remember my first OS was DOS 3.1 and have been a PC convert ever since. I used it extensively in my college. I remember that I actually advocated using the PC instead of the SUN SPARC workstations that for the development environment when I got into the workforce.
This picture tells me that the same will happen when these folks get to the workforce. They will be exposed to a complete different desktop enviorment. They will demand MAC in our office space and guess what... THEY WILL GET IT.
The reasons are
1. It is easier/cheaper to buy a MAC that re-orient/re-train employees. I tried to move my office to a LINUX desktop environment nad faced crazy resistance.
2. Desktops are no longer relevant for most employees. More than 50% of the application are on the SAAS/cloud/Server. All you need is a compatible browser.
3. Some applications are inherently meant for the desktops like Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Photoshop, CAD. Many of these have already have support on the alternative desktops
